      Hades is the the old Ekera Dental cloud environment transferred into the Teamwork Melbourne datacentre.

      This will only during the transition phase whist we onboard the practices

      once we have completed the practice rollout you will then have the ability to work and submit invoices directly from your computer in the practice without having to log in to a remote desktop.

      Please download the appropriate icon from below to access either the dropbox or head office servers.

      You will need to unzip these files and place the contents on your desktop

      YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD THAT YOU USE TO LOG INTO THESE RESOURCES REMAINS THE SAME AS BEFORE!

      Note: All usernames need to be prefixed with "EKERA\"
      eg: EKERA\john.smith

      Practice usernames are typically share@website.address
      eg: share@ambiencedental.com.au

      A practice with multiple sites is typically: share_site@website.address
      eg: share_brightwater@brightsmiledentistry.com.au

      IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD PLEASE HAVE YOUR PRACTICE LIASON MANAGER SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A RESET.
